  • If you feel you are a candidate for The Compassion Fare Program, please fill out a Flight Request Form, and a team member will be in touch promptly.

  • Families In Flight requires applicants to submit verifiable information for trip purposes, including; contact information, location, and dates of service or care for the said patient or family member. Families In Flight must be able to verify all information via direct correspondence with a facility representative.

    Official documentation providing financial transparency is required for all applicants.

  • Applications for travel support will be approved on a case-by-case basis. All complete and verified applications in the queue will be considered when advancing an unrelated application to approval. Providing Families In Flight with accurate and verifiable information in a timely manner will help the approval process. Families In Flight will do everything we can to extend support to verified applicants who are eligible for the use of our program. Travel support approval is not guaranteed to any individual or family.

  • The Compassion Fare Program is offered to those financially impacted by the cost of urgent travel. Providing Families In Flight with your current financial status will determine your eligibility for the use of the program. Documents providing financial transparency include; consecutive pay stubs and/or most recent tax return. These documents are requested from the applicant after the submission of a Flight Request Form.

  • The Compassion Fare Program is available for those traveling for a final goodbye with their loved.

  • Currently, The Compassion Fare Program is available to US residents traveling within the US.
